Like all grease traps, your BIOTRAP® needs to be emptied throughout the year. Frequency is determined by the 25% rule as stated in I.S EN 1825 parts 1 and 2. Local Authority inspectors routinely inspect all types of grease traps to ensure FOG (Fats, Oils and Grease) do not escape the trap on your premises and enter public sewers.
